Nature Knowledge Fest 2018

Welcome to Nature Knowledge Festival 2018!

Nature Knowledge Festival is a FREE outdoor learning event happening on Wednesday, April 25th, 2018. The goal of this event is to connect grade 4 & 5 students in Surrey to nature through engaging outdoor games and activities.

Students will spend 1 ½ hours active and outside, learning about the amazing diversity of plants and animals found in a wetland right in their backyard, at Surrey Bend Regional Park. Students will participate in 5 interactive stations set up along a 1.7 km loop trail. Each activity station is hands-on, engaging, and allows for curricular links.
This event is proudly presented by the BC Wildlife Federation, Metro Vancouver Regional Parks, Friends of Semiahmoo Bay Society, and A Rocha Canada, as part of the City of Surrey’s Environmental Extravaganza 2018.

We look forward to seeing you at the Nature Knowledge Festival on April 25th
