If the landowner grants you permission to their property fill out the Outdoor Passport Access Pass form. A large part of the form you can fill out by yourself, because this contains information like your name, hunter number and the description of your vehicle. The Conditions for Allowing Access part has to be filled out by the landowner or in conjunction with the landowner. It is important you have a clear understanding about the rules the landowner may have for allowing access.

Some landowners may request identification to verify your identity and ensure the integrity of the program. Landowners may also want to ask you questions that are not on the Access Pass form. Be prepared to answer these questions, which may concern:

  • Type of activity planned
  • Species or sex of animal to be hunted, angled or harvested
