Insurance - How insurance is provided

Insurance provided to Landowners under the Outdoor Passport program

Landowners who participate in the program can apply free of charge for $1,000,000 Third party legal liability protection to cover the exposure of Passport holders utilizing their land for hunting and fishing opportunities.

Landowners must confirm that every individual or every individual in a group requesting access to land under the program meets the following criteria:

  1. Each and every person they allow on their land is a valid member of the BCWF
  2. Each and every person has a valid Outdoor Passport
  3. Each and every person has a valid and completed Outdoor Passport Access Pass form

To activate Land Owner insurance coverage, the Land Owner must forward the completed Outdoor Passport Access Pass within two (2) business days of inception of the permission for land access to Capri Insurance Services Ltd. by email to This email address is being protected from spambots.
